Why I want it: I read Beastly, and enjoyed it, and now this is the story of Kendra, the witch who first appears horrible but turns out rather nice. I love seeing backstories of my favourite characters, and this is a whole book devoted to one!

I read Beastly too and really liked it. I hadn't heard that this book was coming out. I'll probably read this one!
ReplyDeleteHuh! I'm not really sure I'm a huge fan of Alex Flinn's style, but this looks like it could be an interesting departure from the fairytale re-tellings that I'm familiar with. I'm going to keep my eye on this one ;)

The cover is a rip off of Nathalia Suellen's cover she did for another book. Read the articles on this. I hope Nathalia gets a lawyer and rips the theif of a publisher up one side and down another.
