Hello peoples! Welcome to Death Books and Tea! We review things like paranormal romance, urban fantasy, horror, manga, the occasional dystopian and things like that. Enjoy your stay!
You probably got here via the book hop by Crazy for Books, didn't you? Thank you for stopping by in advance.
The question this time : "Do you read only one book at a time, or do you have several going at once?"
Me, I keep a lot going at the same time. For example , I am currently reading Dreamwalk by Sarah MacManus, Tess of the D'urbervilles by Thomas Hardy, Uncle Montagues Tales of Terror by Chris Priestly and Nura:Rise of the Yokai Clan by some Japanese guy. I don't tend to get the storylines mixed up, which I'm really pleased about because that means I don't have to lump around a huge book everywhere I go-I can take a small book out, and read the big one when I go to bed.
Thank you again for stopping by my blog. Leave a link and I'll stop by yours.
Have a great weekend

Wow that is a lot of books to have going at the same time. I'd be utterly confused. Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hopping by The Wolf's Den. I have to say I'm a bit envious of your brain composition. While I don't know that I would be completely confused by reading two books at once, I don't know that I'd have as clear a picture when I got done. And that's one of the things I value most when it comes time for reviewing.
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a great weekend.
Thanks for stopping by and following my blog, I'm returning the favour =] And you're from the UK too, that's so cool, I haven't met many UK bloggers yet. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way! I like to have books that travel and ones that stay at home!

I'm exactly the same way! I usually have up to 4 books going at once, just because I'm in the mood for one thing or another, or because one is big and I don't want to bring it along.
ReplyDeleteNew follower and Happy Hopping!

Not everyone can multi-task and nobody should. When it comes to book sure, I can't read four books simultaneously (or even two, for that matter!) but there are times I'll juggle as many as four books at a time depending on the subject matter, the urgency or more often both.
ReplyDeleteThe real trick to this is what KINDS of books to juggle. Hop on over to my blog and learn the method behind my madness - http://www.howardshermannet

I don't tend to read that many at one time. I usually read one but I don't count audiobooks or books for class.

Hopping through. New follower! I've always wanted to read Tess of the D'Urbivilles. What do you think so far?

Heehee I usually read a million books at time, even though it confuses me... Can't help it.
